Home Lifts

Home lifts are an ideal solution for duplexes, maisonettes and general buildings with low frequency of use in which the maximum distance does not exceed 9m. They have quiet operation, with a speed of about 0.40m / sec, low energy consumption and their payload is usually 480kg.

The well, if it does not already exist, is created by a special metal construction, whose lining can be harmonized with the architecture of the building, thus creating an impressive aesthetic result. The minimum depth of the bottom of the well starts from just 0.25m and requires a minimum top floor height of 2.45m, which makes the installation minimally intrusive inside the building, and the elevators unique in their kind.

They are adapted to the requirements of the European Directive 95/16 EC on machines and the standard EN81-21.

If the space is limited and does not allow the installation of a home elevator, the alternative of the vertical platform is given.
